animal genetic disorders

1.Two-headed turtle
 The pet store owner to obtain the two-headed turtle from a man in Florida who rescued a bunch of eggs after an adult female was killed by a car. Casey was the one who take care of these turtles at home, and then took him to the pet store. Unfortunately the popular pets that ultimately was stolen from the pet store.





2.Two-headed gecko

 Geckos with a head at each end was found at an antique shop Huaihua city, Hunan province, China on 3 June 2008. This gecko has a length of about 10 cm. Geckos are able to crawl slowly and can move towards the opposite direction without turning his head.


3.Two-headed cow
 This two-headed cow born in Virginia, USA. Having three sets of teeth, two lower jaw, two noses, but only one mouth with separate air channel, and has one eye socket, with two eyes in it. This could be caused by genetic abnormalities, or an error during embryo development.
